According to the plaintiff, she received the first written communcation approximately a week after the telephone call, and the letter did not contain the statutory validation notice.
On the bad side, I would hate for you to do dispute it that way, and lose the account.....
but come to think of it -I haven't opened any new accounts since we got married......
If this is a medical collection, and you're using WhyChat's HIPAA letter, I'm not sure as I've only seen mention of it, but I think the correspondence gets directed to the OC and not the CA.
