Sent Intent to Sue letter yesterday certified mail.
We haven't pulled his credit reports, but obviously his ex did file BK, and it is now, showing on that TL on his credit reports.
OK, after a little hesitation, I decided to give it a try with Experian!...Worked like a charm!
There is a whole lot you can do, disputes, lawsuits, etc...
